Chris Rigby
With 25 years of training and 12 years of coaching experience, Chris Rigby is the driving force behind LIFT. As a seasoned Strength & Conditioning Coach, former CrossFit and Jiu-Jitsu competitor, and FA Level 1 & 2 Football Coach, Chris brings unparalleled expertise and passion to help people transform their lives through health and fitness. A former police officer of seven years, Chris understands discipline, resilience, and the importance of mental strength. As a husband and father of two, he’s on a mission to inspire others to prioritize their health and fitness while balancing life’s demands. LIFT was born from his vision to reach more people and create lasting change on a global scale.

Leanne Johnston
Leanne Johnston is the heart of LIFT's operations and a dedicated coach specializing in helping women embrace fitness and healthy lifestyles. Based in Costa Rica with her husband and two children, Leanne is an off-road triathlete and fitness coach with over 20 years of coaching and 25 years of training experience. Armed with a degree in Human Kinetics & Education, certifications in Pre/Post-Natal Training, and Nutrition Education, Leanne empowers beginners and lifestyle changers to take their first steps toward health and fitness. Her approach combines expertise, relatability, and a passion for guiding others to thrive in and out of the gym.

Charlotte Heal-Cohen
Charlotte Heal-Cohen is a dynamic Nutritionist, Chef, and wellness expert who transforms lives through balanced, simple nutrition and creative cooking. She runs a successful online nutrition coaching and cooking business while hosting wellness retreats in her second home in Italy. With 15 years of culinary experience and a PN1 Nutrition Coach certification, Charlotte specializes in teaching people how to incorporate sustainable, healthy eating into their everyday lives. An avid runner and cyclist, Charlotte combines her love of fitness with her expertise in nutrition, helping others achieve their health goals through delicious and practical meal solutions.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Gauri Matthews
Gauri Matthews is a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Mat Pilates instructor with over 13 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Holding a BSc in Sports Science and qualifications as a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, her online coaching programmes primarily specialise in strength training, mobility, and injury prevention. As a former fitness competitor and national trampolinist, she now aims to promote a balanced way of living and sustainable fitness. Gauri’s expertise and passion for all things health, fitness, and wellness, aims to inspire individuals to live their best life with more strength, confidence, and longevity.
